Please read the following text thoroughly, our company cannot be held responsible if clients are not aware and understood our booking conditions.

1. Driver's age: Minimum 23 years old. Lux cars T group: Minimum 26 years old
2. Driver's license: International or National held at least one year. Lux cars T group: 3 years drivers’ license.
3. Rental time - Kilometers: Minimum one day (24 hours). Every hour in excess is calculated at 1/5 of the daily rate. The reading of kms «out» starts from, and terminates at our renting U RENT stations.
4. Deposit: Non holders of credit cards accepted by our company are required to deposit the estimated cost of rental plus 20% which at any rate will not be less than a minimum of € 450.00 Lux cars T group: € 1.000,00.
5. Gasoline: Paid by the customer, unleaded gasoline is to be used only.
6. Taxes: Local taxes, totaling 23%, stamp duties V.A.T. circulation fees are additional on all rates.
7. Traffic Fines: All traffic fines incurred during the rental period are on the renter's responsibility.
8. Delivery - Collection: At/from hotels in town € 10.00 in suburbs € 20.00. All other cases 0.50 per each return km., for car groups A, B, C, and Drs. 0.80 per each return km., for car groups D, E, F, G, H, T. Provided that such arrangement is made at the commencement, of the rental. Night deliveries € 30.00.
9. Ferrying of the car: The advance authorization of our office is required by any renter wishing to ferry the car to and from an island.
10. Across the Boarder rentals: Renter wishing to drive the car out of Greece must obtain the advance authorization of our offices.
11. Extension of Rental: WISHING TO EXTEND YOUR RENTAL BEYOND THE AGREED TERMINATING DATE, IT IS MOST IMPORTANT THAT THE RENTING OFFICE IS ADVISED IMMEDIATELY, AND THE REQUIRED PREPAYMENT MADE SO THAT THE INSURANCE COVER IS EXTENDED. FAILURE TO DO SO MAY MEAN THAT THE RENTER IS DRIVING THE VEHICLE WITHOUT INSURANCE.

INSURANCE The customer can obtain full collision protection, by purchasing collision damage waiver at € 15.00 per day for car groups A, B, C, € 20.00 per day for groups D, E, F, G, H, and € 30.00 per day for T group cars. The insurance does not cover any damage or loss of personal items, tires and underside the car. PERSONAL ACCIDENT INSURANCE Is available for € 3.00 per car, which covers: Benefits in €

Driver’s and passenger Insurance of those boarding an URent a Car automobile is charged with 2,05€ per day and covers:

Aggregat indemnity for any One accident is limited to 46.955,25€.
